Installation paths for api500
We provide three ways to access api500 on your mobile device. Android users can download our native app (APK) directly from our website. iOS users access our web app through Safari, Chrome, or any mobile browser — no App Store download required. Desktop users can also access our web platform via any modern browser.
The Android app offers the fastest experience: offline caching, push notifications, and direct access from your home screen. The iOS web app provides the same functionality without requiring App Store approval. Both sync your account in real time, so your balance, betting history, and payment methods stay current across devices.
One account, all devices
Log in with the same username and password on Android, iOS, or desktop. Your account balance, deposit history, and game preferences sync automatically across all platforms.

App vs. browser: which is right for you
Our Android app offers offline caching, so your account dashboard and game library load instantly even if your network is slow. Push notifications alert you to deposit confirmations, withdrawal status, and new game releases. The app also stores your session locally, so you stay logged in between sessions. iOS users get the same experience through our web app, which caches data in your browser and sends notifications via your device settings.
Both paths support all payment methods: mobile banking for quick e-wallet transfers, local payment and online payment for account-linked deposits, e-wallet and mobile banking for alternative wallets, local payment for scan-and-pay top-ups, and online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment virtual accounts for bank transfers. Withdrawals route back to your original deposit method within one to two business hours.
Device compatibility and requirements
Our Android app runs on Android 7.0 and later. Most devices from the past five years meet this requirement. iOS users need iOS 12.0 or later; Safari and Chrome both support our web app. We recommend a stable internet connection (WiFi or 4G) for smooth gameplay. Mobile data works, but live-dealer tables and video streams perform better on faster networks.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If your Android device shows "Unknown sources" warning, go to Settings → Security and enable installation from unknown sources. This allows you to install our APK directly. If the APK download stalls, check your internet connection and try again. If you see a certificate warning on iOS, this is normal for web apps; tap Continue to proceed. Clear your browser cache if the app loads slowly: Settings → Safari (or Chrome) → Clear History and Website Data.
If you cannot log in after installation, verify your username and password are correct. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the email recovery link. If you still cannot access your account, contact our support team via email or in-app messaging. We respond during business hours in English.
Data, permissions, and account security
Our Android app requests camera permission for KYC verification (uploading your ID photo and selfie) and storage permission to cache your account data locally. We do not access your contacts, messages, or other personal files. iOS users grant permissions through Safari or Chrome settings; our web app uses only the permissions your browser allows.
All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS. Your password is never stored on your device; you log in each time you open the app. Your payment method details (mobile banking account, local payment number, bank account) are encrypted and stored securely on our servers. We do not share your data with third parties except payment processors required to complete your transactions. For full details, see our Privacy Policy
